The App is open to users of all ages. If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have any required parental permission.3. Your AccountYou are responsible for:Keeping your account credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring your username does not impersonate another person or contain offensive content
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.4. What the App DoesHead to Head is a free sports tipping app that allows you to:Submit predictions (tips) on AFL, NRL, and EPL matches
Compete on leaderboards with other users
Create and join private tipping groups
Challenge friends to head-to-head tipping matches
No real money is involved. The App is for entertainment purposes only.5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Use automated tools or bots to submit tips or manipulate leaderboards
Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these rules.6. Intellectual PropertyAll content in the App, including but not limited to the name "Head to Head", design, graphics, and code, is owned by Head to Head. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.Sports data and team logos are the property of their respective organisations (AFL, NRL, EPL) and are used for informational purposes only.7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:The App will be available at all times
Tips data and match results will always be accurate or up to date
The App will be free from errors or bugs8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Head to Head shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.9. Changes to the AppWe may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.11.
